The Bendethera Valley Camping Area has a selection of 4x4 tracks for you to explore. You can take your camera and simply enjoy the river and the activities available on it. While your here you can try your hand at catching a fish or two for tucker.
The Bonshaw Weir Camping Area has a Public Toilet block, some shade to park under and a a few Picnic Tables. There are also a few fire places, don't forget to bring your own firewood. Note: Fishing and swimming within 200m of weir is prohibited
The Booberoi Weir Camping Area located on the Lachlan River, is a nice place to stop for a day or two. You can go fishing, or test out your kayak and camera gear. You won't find many facilities here, so please leave the site cleaner than when you arrived.
The Brandons Bend River Reserve Rest Area is on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River. So fishing, kayaking and photography comes to mind if you are planning on staying here. Its a bring everything you need and take your rubbish with you campsite.
The Bummaroo Ford Campground is located next to the Abercrombie River. There is a public toilet block, a few picnic tables and fixed fireplaces (bring your own wood). There are 17 spots to pitch a tent or park your caravan at. You will find a few swimming holes and good kayaking here, plus you might catch a fish for dinner.
Note: Generators are not permitted in this campground.
