Total Cooking Time : approx 1 hour.

Place Pork Crackling side down on the bottom rack, and pop the extender ring on.
Set Temperature to 200 Celcius and the timer to 30 mins.
When the Bell goes: Turn the Pork over, Crackling side up, an reset timer for another 30 mins.

Tip: If you need the cracklig a bit more crispy, remove the extender ring and give it another 10 mins at 200 Celcius

I've been a bit busy with that horrible 4 letter word .... Work....and making a living from it hahaha
