Dump point is adjacent to toilets. You can of cause try your luck in the Babinda Creek or simply walk its banks. Babinda Rotary Park Rest Area has internet connection but can be intermittent as with mobile phones. TV reception is quite good generally for all major channels. As at 7th June 2016. Potable water seems to available from the shower block. There are no signs to indicate non potable water.There is a maximum stay of 72 Hours.

thumb_Balgal Beach Foreshore Reserve Free Camping Area 48 hour limit

The maximum number of stays at any of these sites is once per week. Council officers routinely visit camping areas to check on how long people have stayed. If it is found that campers are not complying with this policy campers will be asked to move on. Those who do not comply may be evicted from the camping area.
