Trip To Moreton Island was created by AdamBorzy
Hello all,
I’ve been very busy lately but find myself lucky enough to have a weekend trip in Moreton Island (Finally! Woo-hoo! LOL )
My family and I (with some friends) arrived midday.
we pitch our tents...
later afternoon, I enjoyed walks in sand dunes... (obviously playing in the sand - LOL)
love taking pictures of course...
let's take a closer look at this...
i mean a little bit closer and tell me what do you think about it?
hmnn., this is my favorite...
thought it’s a good idea to leave tracks as we bid goodbye to Moreton Island

This stops the forum from junk posts from the spam bots.
I get to delete them all, without any members being bothered by them.
I would love to send some of these guys a bill for forum maintenance. hahaha
Now to the Good Stuff.
I've never been to Moreton Island, WOW that looks like a nice place to kill a few hours.
This will go onto my list of places to pop into.
I might reconsider riding my pushbike, looking at those sand tracks.
I'll have a look into the history of those ships, and see what pops up.

Fascinating bit of history.
120 shipwrecks in the area.
I found this link from the Brisbane Times very intersting to read.
Makes me want to go there right now and take a squizzy for myself. :woohoo: .

Yeah, I had a good time in Moreton Island... fascinating...
Did you have a good time riding with your pushbike yet?
I thought you're also in charge for the maintenance in this forum Garry...
I didn't know you have to pay for it...

It was an intersting read about the amount of shipwrecks in the area.
AND... this is only the recoreded ones...
Makes you think maybe one or two more might be in the area.
My Poor Legs hahaha I
I peddle a bit harder these days, getting a bit long in the tooth, and been looking at eBikes to help out a bit. (Dam Pricey though)
A real fact of life... Nothing is free
I pay for this domain and hosting site out of my pocket. I do it because I love the camping life.
I have looked at cheaper options, but for now, will stay with Aussiehost. (Based in Queensland) Linux servers are in the Global Switch Sydney site.
