getting cheap deals on cabins was created by mrteaser
hi everyone
was wondering is there a way to ask for cheaper deals on cabins until you've got your own van because want somewhere to go to every so often and want the conforts of a van/cabin and not have any of the packing or setting up that tents and tent trailers have.
a van and cabin is easier to pack and setup than a tent trailer is and just thinking of something until the van happens thats not going to cost alot of money as thats money you could have used for the van.
cabins are fine if every few months or even a couple but cost adds up if doing it every couple weeks just to have something of your own if paying full price. $90 a night doesnt sound much but once you do it every couple weeks for 2-3 days at a time costs add up very quick.
what could you ask to hopefully get a cheaper or better deal on cabins to cut costs until you get the van to be able to park it on a site and pay cheaper rates and simply plug in a extension cord
thanks for any help

I have found over the years, that if you don't ask, you won't get a discount.
Always ask what deals are available, lots of caravan parks will offer "stay 7 days, pay for 5 or 6", depending on the time of year.
Another option is to become member of the BIG4 or Top Tourist Parks. (You have to pay to become a member)
They both offer discounts, if you stay at any of there parks, Australia wide.
