Bendeela Reserve Camping Area
Located along the banks of the Kangaroo River in Kangaroo Valley, NSW, the Bendeela Reserve Camping Area is a scenic and peaceful spot ideal for free camping. Easily accessible via asphalt roads, the site offers grassy parking areas and some drive-through sites, with plenty of space for big rigs. Facilities include public toilets (with wheelchair access), a free dump point (at the first toilet block), picnic tables, and rubbish bins. While there's no mains power, drinking water must be sourced from the river and treated before use.
This pet-free campground is perfect for those seeking nature, with opportunities for fishing and short walks. However, there are no playgrounds, showers, or BBQs, and mobile/TV reception is unknown. A beautiful, no-cost riverside escape for self-contained campers looking to unwind by the water.
Note: The dump point is located at the first toilet block.
